Detox & Nutrition Week - 16-23 February 2008

At Le Couret Spa & Retreat Centre. This week is designed for you as an individual to go within and clear out the past from the organs of the body. An initial consultation will be given to determine the type of Detox that you require. 6 treatments are included which consist of a Detox bath, a detoxifying clay wrap, ear acupuncture, foot reflexology, tissue massage and iridology. Your diet will also be specific and we can go as deep as you want to! This is a self-nurturing course and a time for personal reflection.

2 week - Ear Acupuncture & Chi Massage Course -  May & Sept 08

17-24 May 2008 & 21-28 September 2008

Working alongside Lisbeth Skovmand Neilsen, this course has been coupled together as ear acupuncture works directly with the flow of energy or chi within the body, as does Chi Massage. Together they combine to make a very powerful healing tool.

This course is certificated and is very rare. Please book early to avoid disappointment!
